This FREE Dots Fun for Everyone 10 page resource that encompasses activities for sorting dominoes, four digit place value, and using division facts. Overall, it contains three different activities and one game that involves finding sums that equal 12. The activities and games vary in difficulty; so differentiated instruction is easy. This resource is also excellent for math center activities and correlates well with the math series, Everyday Math.
For these activities, commercial sets of dominoes may be used or you can copy the blackline which is provided in the resource. You should have at least one set of 28 dominoes for every two children.
These activities are appropriate for the visual and/or kinesthetic learner and are appropriate for grades 3-6. They work well for a math center, for differentiated instruction, as well as for introducing or reviewing a math concept.
