You'll boost your students to the next level of their mathematical understanding with these 3 pirate-themed four-in-a-row games for practice with addition strategies: adding doubles, doubles plus one, and doubles minus one.
Just copy on cardstock, laminate, and supply each pair of players with two dice and wipe-off markers or tokens to mark their boards. Each game is just one page, with no cards to print and prepare!
Directions for play are on each of the boards.
These games were previously listed as "Snowy Strategies", but to make them more useful to you at any time of year, the snowman graphics have been replaced with the ever-popular pirates!
Enjoy using these games with your RTI groups and in math centers or math tubs. Super for early finishers, too!
