FREE MISC. LESSON - “Martin Luther King Jr Music Video”

by EduTunes With Miss Jenny
Kindergarten - 3rd Grade

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s message will linger with your students through this memorable song. The lyrics teach that Dr. King used the power of speech to change the world. The greater message is that our children can also dream to make a difference--and follow through using the power of words.

In addition to the video on TpT, you will get:

1. A private link to the Vimeo version of the video. You're welcome to download it (for use in your classroom only).

2. The mp3 song file--Great for student performances!

3. A karaoke version of the song file--Also great for performances.

4. Full color lyrics for projecting

5. Black and white lyrics for student notebooks

6. An inspirational message to children, along with a quick follow-up assignment. (Note that you may want to modify this for different learning levels.)

I truly hope this song makes a difference in your classroom! You also may like "Stand Up for Your Beliefs," which includes additional role models like Rosa Parks and Abraham Lincoln. Just click here.

Enjoy, and please follow me on "EduTunes With Miss Jenny".
