Thanksgiving free activity -
Thanksgiving is a time for reflection and thankfulness. Enjoy creating thankful pies with your students.
Directions:
Discuss Thanksgiving and thankfulness with your students.
Explain what you are thankful for.
Ask them to share who or what they are thankful for.
Students list people or things that they are thankful for on each slice of their pie.
Students color in their pie.
Students cut out their pie and cut the slices of the pie on the dotted lines.
Students paste their pie on a blank sheet of paper (only apply glue to the outer edge of the pie).
Students can now illustrate or write on the inside of each slice of pie.
This craftivity is easy to differentiate. You can choose to use the template with four slices or the template with eight slices. Your students can write or illustrate on the inside of each slice.
This will also make a fantastic Thanksgiving display.
