This is a great way to display the students' birthdays! Each child can color, decorate, and cut out either a cupcake or a birthday cake, write his or her name on it, and proudly display their birthday month!
This product includes:
- a header for each month
- a small AND larger birthday cake student sheet
- a small AND larger cupcake student sheet
- two graph headings for the pictograph
I used this in my second grade classroom and it coincides very well with Saxon Math! I placed magnetic tape on the backs of all the headers and student birthday cakes. Now we have a great pictograph to use all year long as well as a display of each month. Having all the months up in the room has proved to be very helpful for spelling them!
