FREE MATH LESSON - “Halloween Clip Cards for Composing Numbers”

by Math Coach's Corner
Pre-Kindergarten - 1st Grade

These Halloween-themed clip cards serve double duty--children can either count the entire collection and match the number or they can count the two sets of objects to compose the total. The sentence frame helps students communicate the combinations. Students will practice numeral recognition along the way!
