FREE MISC. LESSON - “Speeding Ticket - Work Quality Management Tool”

by Core Inspiration by Laura Santos
1st - 6th Grade

The speeding ticket is an easy way to remind your students to submit their highest quality work.

If you notice your students are having trouble remembering to take their time, write neatly and edit their final product, you can give them a speeding ticket. Not only will they be required to correct their "violation", they are also required to pay a fine, further motivating them to avoid future violations.

I use class cash in my classroom, leading to the $20 fine. If you would like to modify the fine to fit your unique class reward/consequence system, you may use the second certificate which allows you to write in a custom fine.
