Happy St. Patrick's Day! Enjoy this easy to use, phonological awareness activity for some St. Patrick's Day themed fun!
This St. Patrick’s Day Rhyming Cards set contains 8 pages of rhyming pairs (48 cards), and 2 pages of rhyme generation cards (12 cards). To use this product, print and laminate all pages and cut apart. To use the rhyming pairs, mix up the cards and have students find the rhyming pairs. It is fun to clip the pairs together with clothespins or even just to simply line them up next to each other. To use the rhyme generation cards, read the cards aloud to your students and have them think of words to rhyme with the words presented. Sometimes I like to write down words that kids think of on a white board for motivation.
