Take a little time for you!  It is not just something nice to do, it is essential for your physical and mental well-being.  When we spend so much time pouring ourselves into our jobs and taking care of others, we need to take a least a little time to take care of ourselves.  
Try this 20 day self care challenge.  Simply print this downloadable free poster.  Post in a place that you see often (maybe on a refrigerator or bedroom door).  Don't put a ton of pressure on yourself to complete in the order presented.  Listen to your body and how you are feeling.  Somedays you may need some exercise or a nice walk.  Other days you may simply need a moment to sit quietly for a few minutes and listen to a favorite song or even read a few pages from a book.  Take care of you for a change!
