Grammar practice does not have to be complicated. These 3 grammar worksheets give focused practice in one simple rule: Use a capital when naming a particular person, place, or thing. This rule applies to 95% of what students need to know about capitals when writing, except for capitals at the beginning of sentences. Since they simplify the concept, these lessons are especially helpful for struggling writers in middle grades.  Answer Keys included.

My Shadow Books are great Science Resources for Any Time of the Year.

Students will work with their families to complete the activity at home. Both students and parents will record data in the My Shadow Book. Then, they will use the data for measuring.
