by Laura Randazzo
7th - 10th Grade

Three-Step Essay Conclusion Paragraph Format

These mini-lecture slides were designed to help middle school and high school students learn to write strong conclusion paragraphs for literary analysis, argument, and research essays. This product includes PDF slides that can be projected as you lead a short lecture on a simple three-step formula to create a smooth, powerful conclusion to an essay. The download also includes a student handout designed to be used as a reference tool.

If you’d like to view a sample of how I present these slides to my freshmen, be sure to check out my TpT video or the same video on my YouTube channel that shows these concluding paragraph slides in action.
