FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON - “Free Mother's Day Craft: A Keepsake Bouquet For Mom”

by Teach With Me
Pre-Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

If you're looking for a quick, easy and fun little something to whip together for Mother's Day that only takes a few minutes, this keepsake bouquet is for you!
Children pick a partner and take turns tracing each others hand; they trim and glue to their "flower stem" worksheet, add petals & leaves by pressing their index finger and thumb onto a stamp pad, and they're done! Woo hoo.
For that finishing touch, mount on construction paper. Older students can complete the prompt: "If I could pick any mom in the world, I'd still pick you because . . ." on the back.
I'm Diane Henderson from Teach With Me, hoping your little ones enjoy making this "paper love" for their moms. Wishing you a stress-free and love-filled Mother's Day.
