1. WORD CARDS: 144 color-coded in 5 grammatical categories (WHO/subject, IS DOING/verb, WHAT/direct object, WHERE/prepositional phrase, WHICH/adjective)
2. SENTENCE LINES: 5 "blueprints" for the following syntactical structures:
Sentence 1: WHO + is doing + WHAT
Sentence 2: WHO + is doing + WHICH + WHAT
Sentence 3: WHO + is doing + WHERE
Sentence 4: WHO + is doing + WHAT + WHERE
Sentence 5: WHO + is doing + WHICH + WHAT + WHERE
3. SENTENCE INSERTS: 3 inserts (IS, ARE, -ING) to serve as reminders to include these grammatical elements in sentences.

5. GAME: Use this fun game to reinforce lessons. Students build their MONSTER SENTENCES by advancing to each “monster zone” on the gameboard, collect a corresponding card at each, and return to START.
