These Common Core Activities integrate the story of George Washington into English/Language Arts, reading and math. The activities can be used together, as stand alone assignments, to accompany texts regarding George Washington and/or as centers. They are a perfect way to explore the life of George Washington for President’s Day or any time!
This unit includes a PowerPoint Presentation and notes for the PowerPoint. The PowerPoint student note section can be printed and copied for students as you go through the presentation. Guiding students through the PowerPoint pictures is a great way to differentiate for ESL and at risk students.
